Management

It was in ABB where I redesigned my first process. I was 19 years old. At 23, I led my first team at Expeditors. But Deloitte was the place where I started my consulting journey at 25 years old.

Innovation

I advised my 1st steering committee at 30. A year later, I wrote my 1st case study. I also coached 12 innovation directors. None of it would’ve happened without the MIX, Aukan, The Design Gym, and IDEOU.

I joined NTT DATA at 34. During my tenure, I documented two more case studies, coached 20 C-suite executives and six transformation directors. Long story short, I have a few experiences to share.
